BROOKSWOOD HOMES LTD. opened its doors at 3329 200th St. in Langley, B.C. in May of 1971, representing Moduline Industries Ltd. This is a relationship that has stood the test of time, and provided the consumer with some of the best value homes.

BROOKSWOOD HOMES has been a long time member of the Manufactured Housing Association of B.C. and its predecessor, the Western Mobile Home Dealer Association. BROOKSWOOD HOMES is also a long time member of the Better Business Bureau.

Over the years we have been one of the largest suppliers of manufactured homes sold in British Columbia, and have represented up to five factories. We mention this because our first supplier, Moduline, is still our supplier. All others have not been able to stand the test of time. We and Moduline both believe that the satisfaction of the customer is first and foremost!

MODULINE INDUSTRIES (CANADA) LTD. is part of the Champion Group of Companies, which is the largest builder of manufactured homes in North America. When Brookswood Homes first opened, Bill Ball was the owner/operator. Today, Brookswood homes is still a family business, and is run by Dale Ball.

Dale has worked in every facet of the operation from service and set up to sales and management. Dale has 35 years of experience in the industry. He is supported by Mike Scott in the sales office. We also have two service and set up crews.

We sell homes that are built in the controlled conditions of a Canadian Standards Association Certified Factory. Affordable homes that can have you experiencing the joys of home ownership within 3 to 6 weeks of signing a purchase order (on average). These homes come with a ten year warranty.

Our homes are serviced by our own service crews and the factory service technicians. Our service people have years of experience in correcting problems that may occur from time to time.Our installation crews are some of the most experienced in the business and are there to situate and install your home in the most expedient manner. When they are finished with the set up, the home is completely ready for you to enjoy!
