Our homes are Canadian built in Penticton by Moduline Industries , who has been providing the BC Yukon market with top value homes for over forty years.

The relationship between Moduline and Brookswood has been continuous over the last forty years and together we have worked to give you the customer the best value for your dollar right from the building of the home to the delivery to the service and warranty after you take delivery of the home. Moduline is the only manufacturer in BC with a fleet of service vehicles staffed with factory trained service people.

Manufactured homes (Mobile and Modular) are like any other home in that you get value from what you put into it. When you deal with Brookswood Homes you will have the benefit of our forty years of experience in having the home built with those little extras that turn a house into a home.

The plans we have are not set in stone and can be customized to fit your needs. We all have different needs and desires and we working with Moduline will do our best to provide you with the plan that works for you.

All Brookswood homes are sold delivered to your prepared and accessible site and set up. This means there will be a variation in price for a home as cost of delivery will vary depending upon where in BC your home will go and if the home is to be installed with a crane or has to go over the water on a ferry.

All homes come with numerous standard features, and if you go with just the standard features you will have a liveable house, but it is by adding a few upgrade features that you turn it into your home. The Factory has a large option list and Brookswood can and will do things that the factory is unable to do.

Price is always a factor, and should always be a factor but the old saying “you get what you pay for” becomes apparent when you see what you get when you spend a little time with the people at Brookswood.
